d. Reversals & Chargebacks

All payments are final once processed unless reversed by Digy.Cash for compliance or fraud reasons.

6. Fees and Charges

• Transaction and service fees are displayed prior to processing.

• Fees are subject to change with prior notice via email or dashboard notification.

• Any third-party bank or gateway charges are your responsibility.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Digy.Cash for:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal transactions

• Money laundering, gambling, or terrorism financing

• Sale or purchase of prohibited goods or services

• Intellectual property violations

• Activities that may harm Digy.Cash, our users, or partners

• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be held or refunded according to compliance rules.
