Your files

Every tool on Digy — the compressor, converter, HEIC to JPG tool, resizer, and image-to-PDF tool — processes files entirely within your own browser, using standard browser APIs. The images or documents you use with these tools are never uploaded, transmitted to, or stored on any server operated by Digy or anyone else. When you close or refresh the page, the file and any result are gone. You can verify this yourself: disconnect from the internet after the page loads, and every tool still works.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you type are submitted to Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service, which forwards the message to our inbox by email. Web3Forms does not require you to create an account, and Digy does not store your submission separately — it exists only as an email in our inbox and, briefly, in Web3Forms' delivery system. This is the only place on the site where personal information you type is sent anywhere. If you'd rather not use the form, you can email hello@digy.cash directly instead.

Cookies and advertising

Digy displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites, and to measure ad performance. You can learn more about how Google uses this data, and adjust your ad personalization settings, at Google's Ad Settings. Third-party vendors, including Google, may also use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

Hosting

Digy is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel's infrastructure processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and request timing) to serve the site, independent of anything a specific tool does with your files. Digy does not have access to raw server logs beyond aggregate, anonymized traffic patterns.

Analytics

Digy may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand overall site traffic and which tools are used, such as page views and general location at a country or city level. This data is aggregated and is not linked to the files you process with any tool, nor to any contact form submission.

Data we don't collect

Digy does not require an account, does not track you across the individual tools by name or email, and does not store the images, PDFs, or other files you process on this site — ever, for any tool. The only personal information Digy receives is what you choose to type into the contact form.

Children's privacy

Digy is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as tools are added or requirements change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
